Kailyn Mattke trained with world renowned yoga master Bikram Choudury and is a certified Bikram Instructor for the past 5 years. In addition she is an expert in the field of sports & physical rehabilitation, as well as nutrition with over 10 years of experience. Her passion is to assist people in living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Xhale Hot Yoga is practiced in a heated room, approximately 80 degrees, consisting of 28 postures.
The series will provide the perfect synergy of strength, flexibility and balance.
With continued practice you will stretch and strengthen major muscle groups, ligaments and joints, stimulating organs and glands with fresh oxygenated blood throughout the entire body.
You'll sweat, get a great workout and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and clear minded.

Preparation:
Arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
Bring: water (we sell), yoga mat (we rent), towel (we rent).
Arrive on an empty stomach.
Wear lightweight & fitted workout clothing.
Please no perfume, cologne or scented lotions(deodorant ok).

What if I'm not flexible?:
This is a common misconception that prevents people from doing yoga.
In fact if you can't touch your toes, or even see your toes you are the perfect candidate for Hot Yoga.
The series of 28 postures will challenge the beginning student as well as the most advanced student.
